When is the best time to fish? Fish activity will be at a minimum during the day, and will begin to get more and more active as the night progresses until early morning of the next day. You can fish at anytime of the day by the water, but you will have the best success early in the morning.
Where can I fish? You can fish anywhere near a body of water in Mir if you are equipped with a fishing rod, fishline & hook. You won’t be able to fish if you are by a small puddle or inside of a cave or if you cannot get close enough to the water.
Getting Ready Equip yourself with a ‘Fishing Rod’ and ‘Fishline and Hook’, and move near the water. The fishing equipment can be purchased from the fishing NPC ‘Ian’, crafted by the Craftslady, or purchased from the PotCash shop. The best fishing areas in Mir are in Bichon, Woomyon Woods, Mongchon, Prajna Island, and Past Bichon.

This button will allow you to fish automatically. You won’t need to press ‘Fishing’ button to fish every time. You have to equip a ‘Reel’ to enable automatic fishing.
